John Ortberg is a great teacher he commincate profound truth so simply. What i call a "Oh Yeah, why didn't i think of that" writer. This book is packed with simple things we can do as Christian to help our walk with the Lord. A spritual discipline is their to help you not to hinder.This is one example that John gives as a good spiritual discipline. To get plenty of sleep. We are commanded to love one another, and it is hard to do that if we are tired.
